Be it ever so humble- there's no place like home! We had a fantastic stay in Utah and a great visit with my brothers and sisters in Colorado but it is good to be home again. The children had the best time playing with their cousins day in and day out. They got to know their Grandma Smart a little bit better and emptied her cookie jar before we left. Sarah went on a special shoping trip with Grandma and Grandpa Morgan to get her scriptures since they will be unable to make it to the baptism this year. They did crafts, crafts, and more crafts! We went to the Hill Air Force Base Museum- the kids LOVED it! We spent a beautiful day with the Mendon Morgans. We visited the Mount Timpanogos Temple grounds and took a great picture of our family. Peter and I played many a game with lots of different people. We got in our usual game of Chicken with Grandma. The kids made a Dragonfly club after caring for an injured dragonfly (it had been stepped on) before it sadly passed away. We had the Great Oreo Lick-Off of which there were no winners or losers, just messy faces. On the way home we stopped in Colorado for a get-together with my 2 brothers and sisters and Laura posed so nicely for me and my camera. We got some great shots of everyone, and once again, the kids had a blast with their cousins. Now we're back to the mundane- which isn't so mundane after all, but that's for another entry.
